Flow Execution details not showing correctly

Hi everyone, 

So I am currently working on a project to get more experience and I am stuck on my workflow. when I try to test it & click "view the flow execution details" I am taken to this weird page, I've never seen before. When I hit "open in operations view" it just reloads & shows the same form. Can anyone help me please as I need the actual execution details to show so that I may continue.

@Toyaaa  In the filter navigator search with this sys_properties.LIST and click enter to open the table

ok so i'm here and there isn't any option for ON

so there wasn't an ON option, so I put it to basic & now my flow designer won't load at all.

Change the value to "ON" and save it. Submit a new catalog request.

What if I want to view the OOB flows. Flow Reporting settings is disabled. For Ex, Normal change.

Also on clicking on this link

It is taking me to this page and this page doesn't show any logs.
