Flow is not triggering on TASK table

Hi All,
I have created a flow on task table and conditions are task type is incident or change request

When I test the flow its working as expected but after activating flow is not executing. Any thoughts on this?

Hi @Ganesh Manasali ,

 

Since flow is on the task table, please change this settings to run on the extended tables as well (click on advanced settings and select "Run on Current and Extended tables" )
