Hello!
I have a flow that creates a change request with a template whenever a certain Catalog Item is requested and approved. I have tested it a million times and it works perfectly, and so have other people and it works just as well, but when a particular user tests it, the flow can't find the template. throws an error and the change doesn't get created. Does anyone know why does this happen?
Please let me know if you need any attachment or lor entry.
Update: I found out the problem is related to the approval user. When the requested item gets approved, the change request gets created automatically, and the approver shows up as the creator of the change. If the approver doesn't have the required role for creating changes, the change does not create.
