Flow stages and Generic flows

Hi, 

 

New to Service Now and I am working on building a brand new Service catalog.  I manage to use decision tables to manage approval decision and creating additional sctasks based on the decision table.  However, I cant seem to get around on how I can change the number of days for each stage in the flow.  I can hard code the stages.  However, as each items varies in procurement time.   One can require 5 days or something else can simply be available the next day.  

 

Any idea or suggestion on the possible approach to adjusting the days in these stages?
