Flow Submit Catalog Item Request action rejected/cancelled but action status is "success"

I am using the Submit Catalog Item Request action in a Flow to request a catalog item.  I have found that even if the request is cancelled/rejected, the Action Status that is returned in the Flow is "0 - Success", and the Status is 0. 

 

I would like to end the flow if the request is not completed. How do most people handle this?  Do you do a record lookup after the request is completed to verify the RITM State?

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

it would only check if request is sucessfully submitted or if any errors (doesn't look for the status), you can look up right after this step(since you can get RITM record details in the previous step) and check the status and end the flow if its canceled or Rejected.
