Flowdesigner - approval task trigger double task for approver

Hi!

I have the following problem.

In DEV instance i have configure flowdesigner for approval task. In this instance otherwise it works fine and the approval request is only offered to the approver. All configurations have been pulled over to the Acceptance instance with update sets.

In this environment the approval request is offered twice to the same person. What am I doing wrong?

- Record producer is recorded with updateset
- HR Service is recorded with updateset
- Flowdesigner approval is recorder with updateset

Is the approval configured inside your flow ? If yes, can you please check the flow context on the instance where you are facing this issue ?

Yes, I have checked both instances and compared the flow designer. No difference in configuration.

Hi @Misafir99 

Have you checked the flow execution logs (flow context) as well ? This will help you to check if the approval task is being triggered only once from your flow. I doubt that either the approval task is being looped inside your flow or in some sub-flow being used by your flow.

I have check also the flow execution logs. I see no difference with DEV's version. 

Is there anything else to configure for approval besides flowdesigner?
