Hello @Ranjan_Pradhan ,

Go to "Employee Center Footer":

Select your footer record; this is the OOTB one:

In the Employee Center Footer Menus, click on the Leadership Instance Menu and then configure Menu items as per your requirements. If you want to create new Employee Center Footer Menus, then click on New UI Action and configure accordingly:
