If     CTASK -closed automatically RITM-closed and REQ state is also closed,but for one particular item it is not closing .

Hello @Mounika30 1for that catalog item how are you closing the task? Ensure your stage value is correct when updating RITM stage to complete.

Hi @Mounika30 is your issue resolved? I noticed your using sub flow to trigger catalog task, ensure you put a stages in flow for stages to appear in RITM stage
