For response SLA escalation notifications are not getting triggered when SLA reaches 50 or 75 or 100 or breached but for resolution notifications are getting triggered properly 

Please help me on this ?

Hi @SohamTipnis ,

I have pasted screenshot of the flow but it is working for resolution SLA but not for response
