For SNOW-Azure devOps integration Duplication of additional comment and work note coming from AZURE

There is an integration between ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (for Incident & Catalog Task)
After UAT Vancouver Upgrade, this integration is facing issue.

Issue: Additional comment and Work notes from Azure Story is getting triple entry on Incident Notes section and SCTASK notes section as well.
All BR used for this integration is working perfectly in development instance. But the same is throwing this duplication issue in UAT.
We have tried re-registering our azure connections but no use.

Can we have any solution on this please !

May I please ask if you can share your current configuration? I will try and reproduce this situation for you.

 

You can also have a look at Exalate, a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over.

This is a very common use-case for it, and in my opinion it will work perfect for it.
