Hi,
I am working with a client who wants to see Program milestones visible on their Program level roadmaps within Strategic Planning Workspace and I want to understand whether this is possible or would it create conflicts in the way the roadmap displays.
Currently the ServiceNow Internal Alignment Integration has table maps for:
- pm_project
- pm_project_task
- im_idea_core
- dmn_demand
- rm_epic
Is it possible to add the table for pm_program and pm_program_task to this set to allow for the integration of standalone program updates?
pm_program is already included in the Portfolio Plan configurations and the planning item forms have the related lists for milestones but none are visible in the planning item records.
Is there additional config that will be required within the Strategic Planning Workspace UI to enable this view?
