For Some RITM Workflow not attached when created from RITM

Hi Guys,

 

I am facing issue in order guide where for some RITM Workflow not attached when created from RITM, checked all the solution refer in the community but none of them resolve my issue.

 

I know the OOB BR 'Start Workflow' is not trigger when the RITM stage in request_approved, please let me know how i can fixed this issue.

Hi Surabhi,

 

you can  see your workflow  in active context ,check it with your RITM number.

You can paste picture of the workflow here if you need more help.

Hi Manjusha,

 

Context is not getting created as start workflow br is not getting trigger for some ritm . Also request is getting approved

@Community Alums 

unless your REQ gets approved the RITM workflow won't trigger

Did you try raising the catalog item without order guide?
