Enable Survey for the External Users who are not part of Servicenow instance

Hi,

Need to Survey access for the external users who are not part of servicenow instance.
The external user details(email id) were getting captured in the string field

Please help me how can we achieve this.

Hi Atul,

I have tried that solution but it was not working,

i'm trying to trigger the survey to external user , i have written a br to specify the conditions and triggering it through an event in the notification. Issue i'm facing was email is getting trigger but the survey instances are not getting created

Any thoughts on this
