Form Design

Can someone please tell me if it's possible to have both 1 column and 2 columns in one form using a form design?

Yes it is you'll just have to setup different sections for everytime you want to switch number of columns.

Thank you Jonsan for your help. I also used form layout with the begin split, split, and end split to achieve the desired outcomes.
