I created a custom field for the change form. It shows up in classic view but when I go to the workspace the new field is not displayed. The other fields are shifted like the new field should be there but it isn’t. Any ideas what I did wrong when creating the new field?

I have done that. I see it in that view as shown here.
But when I load the workspace I don't see those 2 checkbox fields.

Hi @A_Valentine ,
You will need to add that field to the workspace view.
Follow the below steps -
1. Click the additional actions icon or right click on the form header and select View > Workspace.
2. Click the additional actions icon or right click on the form header and select Configure > Form Layout.
3. Bring that field from available bucket to selected bucket and save the form.
4. Navigate to workspace you will be able to see the field now.

Hi @A_Valentine ,
Navigate to form layout -> select the "workspace" view -> add the required fields. It will appear in the agent workspace.
