Form Header Not Showing Number

On my incident form header, Number is not showing. Any idea? Thank you very much.

I have seen this in Eureka release in IE8. What browser/version are you on?

Figured it out. It is a Display Value issue.

Hi Solon Xu,

Can you please tell me what we need to do if some other field we need to display on form header?

For release record, release short description appears on form header and i checked its display value is false.In 'rm_release' table display value is true only for 'number'.

You can only have one display value. Go to Dictionary and check Display field.
