Form section tab no longer seen

Section tab on customer_account table form is no longer visible. It was at one point, but it's no longer there. When I go to Form Layout, I don't see it under 'Section' of 'Form view and section'. But, I do see it under System UI > Form Sections.

True that could be the case. please capture the changes again in you update set and move it.

Created a new update set, made a minor update to the section (added a new field, saved, removed new field, saved). Then, moved the update set to TEST then PROD. The Section tab is now visible again.
