Form sections different after update set

Hi,

I am running Fuji on 2 different instances. I did an update set from one to the other. Everything looks ok, except the form I am using in the original instance has a top section and then tabs for the other sections below (mid screen). After the import, the form looks different in the new instance. It has put all of the tabs together at the top of the screen. Ideas on how to get it back? Also, I have related lists showing as tabs on the bottom of the screen in my original instance but they are not showing up at the bottom of the screen in the new instance.

Any advice?

For this, I went to Form Design and dragged the tab that was included with all the others up to the very top and saved. That took care of things.
