How to get real time updates on PA Dashboard on elements with dynamic and dotwalk filters.

Hello,

Is there a away to configure PA dashboard elements that have dynamic filters like "one of my groups" and dot walk filters to update real time or is there a way to configure certain dashboards to refresh every minute?

Hi @Rhonda9,

you can configure a Performance Analytics (PA) Dashboard to auto-refresh at a set interval. To enable auto-refresh, follow these steps:

1. Open the PA Dashboard you want to configure.

2. Click the Edit button on the top right.

3. Select the Dashboard Settings (gear icon).

4. Toggle on Scheduled repetition.

5. Set the Refresh interval (minutes) field to 1 for the dashboard to refresh every minute.

This setup will ensure your dashboard refreshes automatically based on the specified interval.

Also for most data visualization widgets, you can configure refresh settings from the Configuration pane under Data > Data Update. Specifically, you’ll find the following options:

• Refresh after being away for X minutes: This allows you to specify how often the widget should refresh when a user returns to the dashboard after being inactive.

• Real-time update: Enabling this checkbox allows the widget to refresh in real time when the underlying data changes.

I tried that already and the setting revert back to blank if it is less than 10 minutes.
