Formatting Content

Hi All

Whenever I am trying to paste the content in the email body. I don't see any popup to select the options 'Keep Formatting' or 'Remove formatting'. I have set the property glide.ui.html.editor.v4.paste.html_import to prompt which ideally should let the user choose whether to keep the source formatting or not.

I am trying to copy the formatting in the Knowledge article from ServiceNow to the mail response in case or incident form.

On changing the property didn't work for me either. However after changing the configuration in the UI page "UI Properties" as described in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0661805
