Formatting of the description in the 'Standard Ticket Header' widget

Hello! 

I have such a question. There is a widget "Standard ticket header" that populates the ticket short description, description and basic details. It has a "Show more/Show less" button that expands the "description" field.

As per checked in the widget script, it takes just the description value without any special formatting.

The question from the client was whether we can keep the formatting (spaces etc.) from the ticket description, but currently the description is inserted there without special formatting. Can you please advise if this is possible somehow to keep the formatting for this widget?

Can you please clarify where exactly should this tag be used and would it populate the description keeping the original formatting that it is in the ticket?

I have found the widgets( please see the pic~) , and you can try to modify it.

And this widget is read-only, you need to clone it first.
