Have created one field( on 'item_option_new' table - type true/ false, )on variables table. If the new field value is true for that variable, that variable need to show in Email notification along with value from RITM.
I've referred sc_item_option_mtom table for dot walk to get sc_item_option.item_option_new (the question) and sc_item_option.value (the answer).
created Email script but getting the value (sc_item_option.value) as sysID in notification.
E.g. if the new field values is true for "Requested for" variable. In email Notification its show Requested for : with user name (not sys ID)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
