In advanced work assignment i need to assign the P1 And High priority tickets first to the available agents.
Ex: An assignment group having 5 incidents in which there are 4 low priority and 1 is P1, the P1 incident should be initially assigned to user and then the low priority should be assigned later. And an email notification and alert should be sent to the assignment group that there is a P1 present in the queue.
