fulfilment instruction to add on new case creation page after filling coe + hr service on uibuilder

Hello experts,

I have a request to add fulfilment instruction card/text on a new case creation page after filling coe + hr service on uibuilder hr workspace and BEFORE submitting the case (no hrc yet)

I've searched a lot in this community - no post found. also tried to add a container inside the agent workspace ui builder with data to get the fulfilment instruction that related to each hr service it's not working. there is a ootb way to do this?

once I'm opening a "create a new case" tab i need to enter the user name then to select coe + hr service.. then i have the value of the hr service, so now i need to connect it with the component to show the fulfilment instruction of same hr service. and it should be dynamic once i change to another hr service.

My costumer needs a list of components for (kb articles, fulfillment instructions, etc...) like the following screen shot (inside the circle) but to be displayed under the case creation (before submitting it) not after creating the HRC:

@Firas Kh There is already an OOTB feature HR Fulfillment Instructions module which attaches the instructions on basis of the HR service and other fields related to the case.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput , I know this article thanks for sharing, and i already have 99 records under this list of fulfillment instructions. but i need the fulfillment instruction to be displayed once filling the hr service before creation the case (before submitting) when we still not under the ceo table case since there is no case yet just per service i need to show the fulfillment inst. under the fields in the screenshot. please see this screenshot:
