FX CURRENCY field value is not displayed after submitting a case in hr agent workspace.

Hi Experts, 

what may be the cause of a (sn_core_case_payroll) table field FX CURRENCY, in workspace for case creation form for an hr service this field is filled with a value of number, but after submitting the case the same value is not populated and the field is empty. although other type of fields are populated as expected.

what the reason could be? tried to do changes for this fields including views, deletion and recreation. with no solution found till now.

Hi Sandeep, thanks for your response, 

it works in the platform (default view) but it's not working in the WS view, but all other types of fields are working as expected and bringing it's value.

i changed the type of this table field from FX CURRENCY -> CURRENCY. it's working after this change.

@Firas Kh Are you able to add values for this field from the platform view? If this doesn't work in platform/Default view then there might be an issue with the field itself. If it works on the platform view and doesn't work on the workspace view then the issue can be attributed to how it is configured on the workspace.
