is there a gantt chart view of the following change and maintenance schedule possible?

I think you're looking for Change Schedule module. I don't see it in your screen shot, maybe it's inactive?

our customer saw the change view and they are requesting the same view in gantt chart mode

You can do this using a timeline page. You'd have to construct it yourself. I built one for loaner requests once (available on the Share menu from the developer portal.)
