Garbage characters adding (e.g. ${mail_script:incident_link}) when adding quick message to email in

Hi,

When I click on Quick messages and select one quick message some mail script is showing in the body. Is it possible to remove this garbage characters.

These are not garbage characters, they might be configured along with quick message. These are mail scripts. Please check the existing quick message configuration. You might need to create a new one to meet your requirement. 

What's your requirement exactly ?

Is it possible to remove this mail scripts in the email which is sent. When I checked the email, I'm getting the mail scripts also in the mail. Is it possible to remove the mail scripts and show the remaining part like short description and urgency.

email script doesn't work when called from Quick message, seems somebody added it by mistake in quick message.

Please check with the developer who added it and remove it as it won't work anyhow.
