Garbage characters adding (e.g. ${mail_script:incident_link}) when adding quick message to email

Hi,

I'm getting garbage characters for e.g. ${mail_script:incident_link} when adding quick messages to email . When I checked the corresponding quick messages, the same is there in the body of it. Is it possible to remove this garbage characters for e.g. ${mail_script:incident_link} ?

These are the email script codes. When the email is sent, the mail script is showing in the email which is sent. How to remove that mail scripts from the email which is getting send
