Gen AI / Document Summary and using Virtual Agent chat support

What would be the steps required to use Gen AI / Now Assist to develop a feature to summarize pdf documents and use the data from the pdfs to train the Virtual Agent Chatbot to answer questions from the user ? Any ideas are appreciated.
