Hello,
I did not find any information in the community
How can I create a Word document for an incident?
Or what are the steps to take to create?
Thanks

I'm not sure of what you're asking. You create Word documents using the application. then you can attach the Word file to an incident. Or you can export an incident record to PDF or XML format, if you want to include that in a Word document.
Be more specific on your goal, and get other suggestions.

Create an enhancement request:

or open the PDF in Word, I tried it and it seemed to work. Also, I see Adobe Acrobat I have allows a PDF to be exported to Word, worked for me.

What do you mean?
After I downloaded the PDF file open it in DOC?
Or are you using a script to export a PDF file and changing the extension? If so, could you send me a sample code snippet?
