Help with building a report (Bar Graph X axis configuration)

I have built a bar graph report. It runs off a duration metric with values between 1 minute and 24 hours. The X axis on the report, however, only groups by days. How can I update the X axis to be hours 0-24 instead of days?

I assume that you could create a times series bar graph instead on chose hour in the "per" section:

I tried that, but that only works with a date field not a duration field.
