Generate KPIs for Performance Analytics

Incident Management Analytics Report -

Reduce the monthly total # of customer generated incidents by X%.   Baseline being the average of 2024, xxxxx incidents per month.
KPI - count the number of incidents created for each month for the past year
Baseline – 10% Reduction
Target – 20% Reduction
Maximum – 30% Reduction

Seems you did not started your work, there are many KPI's available OOTB, which you can see and make the adjustment as per your requirement.
