Generate Report for 200,000+ rows for export

Hi,

Have a requirement to generate a report exceeding 200,000 rows. I've seen the articles regarding the 10,000 row limit and raising the threshold, however, concerned about performance issues raising the value by this much over default. Curious if there are recommendations on export the database using ETL, etc. to allow for reporting from other tools to avoid impacting performance? Thanks

Servicenow docs recommend breaking down the export incase of large data and then do sequential exporting accordingly.
