We need to send an email via a completely different system, ServiceNow is not involved in the mailing proces. However, we want to CC the email to a ServiceNow managed email inbox, so that the mail can be linked to an existing case.
Is there a way to retrieve a watermark for an existing case in ServiceNow, so that we can add that watermark to the email we are sending outside of ServiceNow. Via the CC and replyTo field, that email and all replies will end up in the case.
How can this be done?
