Generate Word / PDF Letters

Afternoon All,

I have a requirement where need to generate a Word / PDF format letter based on a record. We are using a custom table to record requests created by the users. The letter will kind of like a official letter template with organization's letter head as well. Is there any out of box feature which can be used to achieve the requirement?

Have you looked at the PDF generator plugin (PDF Generation in Geneva )

There are also a number of other solutions on share (ServiceNow ShareNow Portal )

The first one sounds like your use case though and is an available plugin vs custom solution.

Hello Jay,

I don't believe you have an OOTB feature that will allow you to do that. PDF should be fine(ish) but not Word.
