Generated Document templates

Hi,

When Agent clicks on Preview document and generate a letter. Employee Letter is generated with document name + Agent name.

But we need subject person name.

Where can we configure this?

Did you check that UI action code which is OOTB?

Also how it's behaving for other HR cases?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , I have checked UI action but could not find anything.
