I didn't find any document (best practice, etc) related to Genesys integration with the ServiceNow platform (http://www.servicenow.com/). Has anyone managed this scenario?

Hi, yes I checked. most of the documents are about functionality walkthrough. I'm looking for actual ServiceNow configurations guide/tutorial if possible.
