Get API for Integration in Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c to ServiceNow

Hi, does anyone integrated OEM with ServiceNow, there are some step for this as per Integrate OEM 13c with ServiceNow (step-by-step) – IT-Noesis but whenever OEM Team test the connection by fetching an incident from ServiceNow it gives an error, pre req has been done as per steps, I suspect its the api it uses soap maybe there's an additional steps required that is not present in the link. I want to test the connection from oem to servicenow by fetching incident. Does anyone implemented this in the past. Can anyone kindly assist?

For WSDL you need to using ?WSDL
