Hi,

I am trying to use Exchange server spoke in servicenow flow designer.

I had created the connection as below,

When i trying to test the action Look up Mailbox I am getting the below error,

We have the permissions to get the mailbox details. But still could u please also confirm what are the permissions required for the account to get mailbox details, enable mailbox, create mailbox.

Could you please help me to fix this issue.

Thank you.

Regards,

Laxmi

Hi,

Did you get this resolved? If so, what was issue as I'm facing the exact same problem. Thank you.

Same here, I first thought it was our service account getting intermittently locked out, but I was able to rule that out. I thought then it might be that the service account was lacking permissions to certain OU's in the Active Directory, but the action works when reattempted at a later time. I then created a new integration with a different set of credentials and witnessed the same 'access denied' error when executing the mid server powershell script.

This is causing automation errors everyday. I found KB0750852 which seems to speak to the issue but not sure I understand it.
