Requirements:
-This update is for Request Types below:
*New User Access = For user who has no access to OS AccRecs
*Modify Existing User Access = For user who needs additional workflow/entity/account/access groups access
*Modify Account Access Group (sg_xxxx_xx) - For modifying ERP accounts from one access group to another
-Update the dropdown options for the following fields based on the attached spreadsheet. Dropdown options will depend on the selection.
*For example:
When "Workflow Account Reconciliation" = "WFE_AP_AUS_AccRecs", then the "Entity" dropdown should only show "E2200", "E2210", "E2219", "E2911". When Entity = E2200 then the Access Group dropdown will only show "sg_AU_1".
