Getting Error in "Translate text"-Dynamic Translation

Hi All,

 

User creates inciden record through mail. So I am trying to fetch language used by user in mail and change it to English and add converted english text to incident short description.

I used dynamic translation to achieve this. But getting error as "Servicenow translator is not configured for translation" in Translate text.

And if i use "Microsoft" Translator instead of "ServiceNow" Translator its giving me error as "Unknown error occurred", error code is "40051".

However Detect language step is woking fine if i use ServiceNow Translator. So please help me to fix this error.

ServiceNow translator is not available, only it can do text detection. However we can achieve this using connection and credentials for Microsoft azure.

I'm not too familiar with these, but they might be completely different things.
Detection might exist in your instance, but make sure the dynamic translation plugin is also installed.
com.glide.dynamic_translation
You might also need to do some translation configurations.
