Hi @Manasa

there are tons of reason for that error and should provide more details to help us understand your scenario better.

What kind of integration do you try to establish?

Do you really need a MID server? Why?

Is the MID Server up and validated?

What error messages could you find?

  1. syslog table
  2. Flow Designer
  3. MID Server

Kind regards
Maik

Hi Maik, Thanks for the reply !! What kind of integration do you try to establish? Using REST Message Integration Do you really need a MID server? Why? Yes, I need a MID server. Because if I try without using MID Server I am getting error like java.net.UnknownHostException: Is the MID Server up and validated? Yes, the MID Server is up and validated. What error messages could you find? syslog table Flow Designer: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out MID Server: MID Server encryption keys do not match and are no longer valid. To restore proper functionality, invalidate and re-validate the MID Server.

Hi @Manasa

you have to rekey your MID server.

See the documentation pagee on this: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/product/mid-server/task/t_RekeyAM...

Kind regards

It means the key is invalid as the error message states.

Open the mid server from Navigation and select "Rekey" under "Related Links" as in the following thread. Also, check if there are any unresolved issues. MID server may not fully function when there is a unresolved issue.
