Getting error while raising p1 incident

Hello All,

We are encountering the following error while raising a P1 incident:

Illegal access to outbound HTTP in CTI-Connector-ServiceNow. Use an async business rule to perform outbound HTTP requests.

 

Could you please check and advise on this issue?

there should be some after insert BR on incident table which is using outbound REST Message

Is your CT connector up to date, compatible with Yokohama. This is often seen with connectors after upgrade.

Upgrading/repairing your connector may fix the issue and no other change might be required.

 

If issue still persists, raise a case with SN, that would be best in this case as issue started after upgrade.
