Getting Error While raising ticket as an end user for Sharepoint Folder Creation

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing an issue with the "Create Folder" action using the SharePoint Spoke in Flow Designer.

When a Service Catalog ticket is submitted by an admin, the folder is created successfully in SharePoint. However, when the same request is submitted by an end user, the flow fails with the following error:

  • Unable to load connection with alias ID: null Open Connection Alias

Clicking on the connection alias link shows "No record found".

I’ve verified that the connection alias is set up and working for admins. This seems to be related to user context or permission with the connection.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

  • Is it necessary for each end user to authorize the SharePoint connection?

Would appreciate any insights or recommended best practices for handling this in production.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Anandini,

I cannot replicate this in my instance but it seems to a problem with authentication, please try it for more users/accounts to see if there is any difference
