Getting issues to generate records from record producer as guest user

Hello guys,

external users are reporting that they are getting an error when they are trying to submit a public form (record producer), in the past external(guest) user were able to create records from this form. Still, they are not more, I don't know what is happening, probably someone of tou guys has faced this issue, I was checking ACL Rules and I was playing with the public and snc_ external role but I failed, does anyone has an idea what is happening here?

In the mentioned Record producer did you check if you hae anything in the NOt Available for section :

[Uriel Rodriguez]

Hello, there is nothing in that section actually, the user can see the record producer, but when the user clicks on submit, they get the error
