Has anyone seen this error when using the Mobile App? I'm getting the error in both Geneva and Helsinki, which prevents me from connecting to my instance. It was working just fine. We control access through MobileIron and Apps @ Work.
Thanks

Currently the native mobile app is not supported on MobileIron, Apps @Work or any other MDM/MAM solution. Can you try a native install/config direct to your instance?

Due to the sensitivity of data in our instances, we have to lock them down by IP Address, so going through MobileIron is our only option. Given the high number of Health Care and Financial customers that may need to make this same decision for Security reasons, I encourage ServiceNow to consider partnering with a more secure mobile partner. Therefore the install/config directly to my instance isn't an option for us.

Hi Chuck,
Did this get resolved. We just upgraded to Istanbul and one of the users complained that they cannot access the Service Now native app. We are using Mobile Iron and Apps@Work.
Thanks,
Manish

We were able to figure this out.
On your device, go to Settings - VPN. Then make sure it is active. Once we did that, it resolved the error.
