Has anyone seen this error when using the Mobile App? I'm getting the error in both Geneva and Helsinki, which prevents me from connecting to my instance. It was working just fine. We control access through MobileIron and Apps @ Work.
Thanks

Thanks Skip, but it did not resolve mine. I enabled VPN but I still get the forbidden error. I checked that the mobile plugin is enabled and access through mobile app is active. I am able to connect to the web interface through my mobile without issues, its just the app that is throwing tantrums. Any other suggestions?

I've got no other ideas since that worked for us. We tried a bunch of stuff before that with no luck. We deleted and re-installed both the app and mobile iron...neither worked.
I know we have a specific VPN connection for ServiceNow...so that's the one I had to open and click on "Activate Configuration". Sorry it didn't work for you!

Yeah, that works fine. And other users are able to use the App. I'm not sure why mine started to fail. It was working great for a long time.
