Getting Session Expired (401 ) for some of the users in servicenow after 5 minutes

Hi ,
In our ServiceNow instance some of the users are getting Session Expired (401) after 5 minutes.
What will be the reason behind this.
By default it should be 30 minutes.
When we checked the below properties in our instance , we see

We have checked all the above properties, but no luck.
Please let us know anything else we can investigate.
Can you please tell us in which all scenarios' users will get session time out issue after 5 or 10 minutes.

Hi, what ServiceNow version are your instances on? There was a known issue that was fixed in Zurich Patch 6. You could try checking with the support to see if you are hitting the same bug.
