Getting SYS ID of attachment instead of attachment on Portal

Hi All

In the catalog form we have used Attachment type variable and it showing attached attachment in console view as shown in Img 1: 

But in portal it is showing sys id of the attachment as shown in IMG 2

We are using the custom widget. 

It is working fine in OOB widget. How to configure this in Custom widget. Thanks

Nothing is configured in custom widget for Receipt field.
