Getting You dont have Permissions to access this page on document viewer

Hello Everyone,

As an end user, when I try to open PNG attachments through the Business Portal, I receive the error shown below.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, could you please let me know how it was resolved?

what image are you trying to access?

It might be a clickable link to some page/location where your don't have permisisons.

Provide details where are you trying to open it, what image and what role (admin, itil, other...)

I am trying to open the attached PNG file through the Business Portal. The affected user has the snc_external role. To reproduce the issue, I impersonated an end user with the snc_external role and clicked the PNG attachment. Instead of opening normally, it redirects to the Document Viewer, where the error shown above is displayed.
